Highly driven communications and technology leader with extensive experience leading enterprise-scale marketing and communications campaigns, guiding business transformation initiatives to successful outcomes and partnering with executives to achieve long-term strategic plans. Proven track record in building outstanding teams, providing a voice of calm and wisdom in times of crisis, advancing business strategy and fostering a culture of excellence.
After graduating with honors from Whitworth University with a degree in Communications and Business Administration, I learned the ropes as a account manager at a fast-paced, award-winning advertising agency. My work included managing client relationships, new client acquisition and managing tactic development from concept to execution in web, print, video/TV, radio, collateral, etc.
After transitioning from agency life to the corporate world, I dove deep into the intricacies and politics surrounding health care communications and marketing. I had the opportunity to develop and execute comprehensive internal and external communications campaigns with a focus on patient experience and return on investment. My position as the department manager provided me the opportunity to build awareness, advance initiatives, and enhance brand engagement through written, visual and audio/visual tools.
Most recently, I had the privilege of working alongside our health care heroes during the COVID-19 pandemic. I stretched my skillset in unexpected ways as each day brought a new lesson in crisis management. I was honored to develop communications solutions to combat pandemic misinformation, ghost write for the executive team, and help manage local, regional and national media inquiries during one of the most challenging years in a generation.
In my time as a health care marketing professional and an advertising account manager, I have initiated and managed deeply meaningful and effective marketing and communications campaigns.

Where I Come From
I was born and raised on the shores of the mighty Columbia River. I spread my wings in advertising and the corporate healthcare world in the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene metro area before answering the call to return home to my Central Washington roots. I enjoy working with a wide array of clients across the country.
